I can't think of anyone more versatile in playing different styles; blues, rock, jazz/fusion, pop, country, pretty ballads, electric guitar, acoustic guitar, and fantastic piano. His ability is nothing short of amazing. He can channel Hendrix, Clapton, Jeff Beck, Page, Chet Atkins, and more, but still has his own unique sound. Can't believe it? Check him out.

Also, he's extremely humble about his art and craft which is something as rare as his musical talent. One of the nice things about being in Austin is getting extra opportunities to see him play.

I contributed some design, graphics and Flash to Eric's site (the 2001-present version, the CD planets and the world with the Sea of Texas), set up his Cafepress shop and merchandise, maintained the fan area of his site while it existed, and also conducted an interview with him with questions submitted by fans.
